Calibration module
The software EffiValidation enables the elaboration of two types of models:
- Linear model
- Quadratic model
An example of a linear calibration model constructed for the data from ISO 8466–2:1999(E) (the example on p. 7) is presented below:
For the entered data, the linear calibration is calculated and displayed. The concentration of new samples (for which the concentration is unknown) is determined from the measured values and the calibration model.
